Logistics & policies
Full refund 7+ days before pickup. 50% refund of the rental 3–7 days before. The rental is non-refundable within 3 days of pickup. Delivery fees and your deposit are always returned.
Damage policy: Renters cover the replacement cost of any items returned damaged or missing. Hosts notify renters within 48 hours of pickup with a description and an invoice. Merrily mediates any disputes.
